Proudly serving Long Branch and South Etobicoke since 1988.

This year Long Branch Animal Clinic surpassed last years numbers and placed 48 cats and 3 dogs in need with new families in 2017!

Adoptions

Occasionally local pets fall into situations where they're owners can no-longer care for them. Adopting is a great way to help these pets and find a new addition to your family. All adoptees come with 30 days insurance, all core vaccines up to date, de-wormed, treated for fleas, and spayed or neutered when over 6 months of age. All known medical history is disclosed and transferred to the new owner. Here are just a few of the many relationships grown through our program.

Some of the best times in life are spent sitting on tables, and furniture with family and friends. Running about, knocking things down and eating into the night. I have to admit, I’m a simple guy who likes life’s simple pleasures. Looking for a family that’s as easy going as I am. Jake, 4yrs, male neutered, cat friendly, extremely affectionate.

Needs a home

Prudence governs by the use of reason and is often associated with wisdom, insight, and knowledge. Courageous, as opposed to reckless. An ideal companion for the lonely petless human. Spayed female, 9yrs old and healthy, up to date with vaccines. Previous owner passed away.

Beautiful and healthy 4yr old Zoe is in need of a new home. She’s used to a calm household with one senior. Sadly her owner is no longer able to live independently. While Zoe is greatly loved she sadly won’t be able go with him.

ADOPTED!!!

Gulliver was just pulled from Quebec where his time was expired. Male neutered about 1 year old. He had been living with a senior and other cats. Affectionate and social when comfortable but fearful of strangers.

Needs a home

Gigi is a friendly and affectionate mature gal looking to be someone’s one and only.

Debbie. 8 weeks old.

ADOPTED!!!

Miller was transferred to us from The Lincoln County Humane Society in St. Catherine’s where he had spent the last month. A volunteer reached out to us after it was decided that his health conditions were more than they could handle. They estimated his age to be between 5-8yrs but we suspect he’s likely 10+. Gentle and shy by nature this fellow is praying for a quiet home with kind people to retire to. Since his arrival at the clinic on Monday he’s been neutered, microchipped, had his decayed teeth extracted, a full dental cleaning, been vaccinated, dewormed and started on antibiotics. We also gave him a good brushing, trimmed his nails and cleaned his ears. Miller has a good appetite and quickly starts purring when stroked. He even occasionally purrs while sleeping. We’re not sure how many years or ‘lives’ Miller has left but we think he deserves a chance at finally experiencing some love and comfort. Please consider opening your home and heart to this little man with impeccable table and litterbox manners.

Foster mum says: Alvine is an absolute cuddle ball and the most affectionate cat she’s ever met. While Alvine was initially nervous of the resident kitty, they now cuddle, play and groom each other. Alvine has been eating great and her litter box manners are impeccable.

ADOPTED!!!

Sweet Pea has lived all his 9 years in a local feral colony. He was trapped, neutered and released as a young cat into a colony fed regularly by volunteers. When it was noticed he was badly injured he was captured and brought in. Unfortunately due to the seriousness of his injuries part of his tail and his left arm needed amputating. Now on the mend this gentle boy is looking for a quiet indoor home in which to retire.

ADOPTED!!!

Betty is a spayed female, 11 years young and up to date on vaccines. She would prefer a quiet home.

ADOPTED!!!

Gamma is just 3 years old, spayed and up to date with her vetting. Her time was up in Quebec due to overcrowding. It’s hard to believe this lovely, affectionate girl almost didn’t get a second chance. Please stop by if you’d like to meet her.

ADOPTED!!!

Ralphie was abandoned at our door in November. He’s approximately 1-2yrs old, has now been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He’s an avid bird watcher and loves to play with toys. Ralphie has become much less fearful of humans but is still a little timid. He would be best suited for a quiet household.
